Our full management service allows you to leave all aspects of your holiday rental to us, offering reassurance to all our owners, especially if they don’t live in the local area.
Unlike a lot of other holiday let agents, we understand that owners also want to use their property at different times throughout the year, therefore we offer a very flexible arrangement which enables owners to use their property whenever they want, as long as we are informed in advance.

Part of our contract with you requires you to have Public and Property Owner’s Liability insurance cover. We can put you in touch with companies who deal specifically in holiday home insurance and who offer our homeowners competitive rates alongside sound advice.
Our Website
We will list you on our The Pembrokeshire Holiday Company website with real-time price information, availability and booking. As soon as your property is listed on our booking system, it immediately features on the website for booking.
Should you require it, we also offer professional photography of both the interior and exterior of your property.
Marketing & Advertising
We offer extensive marketing through our website, Google ads, email marketing, local and national press as well as our social media platforms. We aim to ensure that you receive maximum exposure to the market.
Online Travel Agency (OTA) Partner Sites
As well as our own website we also list our holiday rentals on selected partner sites including: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and more.
Bookings & Enquiries
We handle all bookings 7 days a week, using our fast and efficient online booking software system as well as by email or telephone. We make sure that each guest has all the information they need before arriving.
Regular booking updates
We keep you up to date with all bookings and payments with instant owner booking notification, plus you’ll have access to your owner portal so you can keep up to date with all bookings and book out any time to use the house yourself.
Financial Management
On your behalf, The Pembrokeshire Holiday Cottages handles all financial transactions relating to the booking of your holiday let.
We provide you with statements detailing all your income and expenditure.
Keys
We will hold a set of your keys and make sure the guests have the details to retrieve their keys for their holiday.
Property Checks
We carry our pre-arrival checks to ensure that your property is prepared before any guests arrive. We then carry out checks once the guest leave, ensuring everything is ok.
Cleaning & Property Maintenance
For an additional cost, we can provide full cleaning and laundry services as well as property maintenance.
Security & Maintenance
We regularly inspect your property to check for any security issues and report any problems we identify.
We can advise on all aspects of Health and Safety regulations, keeping you up to date with any changes.
We ensure that gas and electrical safety checks are carried out annually, and will arrange any works that may be required in order to obtain safety certificates.
We are available as an emergency contact for any maintenance works required. Will will report any problems that we spot, and we can arrange for quotes from trusted trades and oversee any works carried out.
Customer Feedback
We request feedback from all our guests. Good or bad, this provides excellent information on how they found the property and our service. We use this feed back to improve our service and will discuss any property or facility improvement suggestions with the owners.
Additional Services Available
We have our own housekeeping and property maintenance team available to clean and oversee the maintenance of your property if required. This is particularly helpful if you live away.

Cleaning
We have an experienced team of cleaners who will ensure that your cottage is cleaned to the highest standard. A member of our management team will then also inspect the property after each clean.
Laundry
We offer a full laundry service for bed linen and towel, including washing, drying and ironing.
We can arrange carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Welcome Hampers, Logs, Pizza Ovens
We can provide guest hampers from locally sourced suppliers.
We can provide pizza ovens.
We can provide logs and kindling.
Property Maintenance & Gardening
We can take care of all routine maintenance work, large or small.
We also offer and can arrange gardening maintenance services, from cutting lawns to landscaping.
