Visit the Preseli Hills
Preseli Hills holiday cottages offer a very unique, relaxing and memorable experience. From old stone cottages with no WiFi or TV, to large modern family holiday homes offering all the mod cons. All offer a different experience and all provide a perfect base to explore and enjoy a holiday on and around the Preseli hills.
The Preseli hills, in north Pembrokeshire, West Wales have been a favourite with visitors to the Welsh countryside for hundreds of years, and it's not hard to see why when you start adventuring in the area. From panoramic countryside and coastal views, the bluestones, woodland, wildlife, sheep, ponies and unique pubs and cafes nearby.
Interest in the Preseli Hills increased in the early 1900s after it was discovered that the Bluestones from the Preseli Hills directly related to those of the inner circle of Stonehenge, and that the stones at Stonehenge could have come from here, a distance of 180 miles away.
The area is very popular with families, couples and adrenaline seekers looking for adventure in the dramatic Welsh landscape. From hiking, running, cycling, mountain biking, climbing and caving, there are plenty of challenges to test yourself in this wonderful environment.
