Book your Ceredigion holiday cottage with confidence - We offer specialist local holiday cottage management in South Ceredigion. We take pride in offering the best accommodation and service to all our customers.

The Area

South Ceredigion and north Pembrokeshire are separated by the River Teifi which runs right along the southern edge of south Ceredigion where it also shares part of its southern and eastern border with Carmarthenshire. The west side is the crown in the jewel, with the beautiful coastline of Cardigan Bay running from the top to the bottom of the county.

South Ceredigion Beaches

We are spoilt for choice when it comes to beautiful beaches in the area, from popular tourist beaches like New Quay, to National Trust beaches like Penbryn & Mwnt. All are sandy and all offer some parking and facilities (these vary depending on the time of year). For safe family beach days we would recommend Aberporth, Tresaith or Llangrannog - all 3 are Blue Flag beaches and have lifeguards on patrol from May through to October.

South Ceredigion Towns

Cardigan - Ranked third in Time Out's 15 places to visit in 2023, Cardigan has everything. From its recently restored castle, rejuvenated town centre, riverside pubs, award winning restaurants, independent shops and cafes, arts and crafts, music, entertainment and the coastline just 1 mile away. Cardigan is a must visit.

Aberaeron - With its charming colourful houses, harbour and seafront, Aberaeron is a hot spot for visitors to come and relax and roam around. Grab a honey ice-cream from Hive on the harbour, chips from the Celtic chip shop, a beer or cuppa from one of the many bars and cafes and enjoy the surroundings.

Llandysul - A small market town with a selection of shops and pubs. Llandysul is popular with outdoor enthusiasts, in particular white water canoeing. Llandysul Paddlers offer grade 2 and 3 rapids and host national slalom ranking events. Fishing holidays are also popular with Llandysul Angling Association owning over 23 miles of fishing on the River Teifi and leases a further 7 miles of the river.

Lampeter - A University town on the east side of Ceredigion near the Cambrian Mountains. It enjoys a busy local community, with lots of events throughout the year. As well as a couple of supermarkets, there's also a regular farmer's market, small independent shops, cafes and pubs. Lampeter is sounded by beautiful countryside, and offers a great base for enjoying local walks and cycle paths.
