Luxury family friendly holiday home in Cardigan.
Awel y Mor is the perfect house for a family escape to the coast, with every modern amenity you could wish for - it is comfort and luxury that personify this property.
It has been designed not only with comfort in mind but entertainment too. The large open plan living area with bifold doors out onto the decking is the perfect spot for a family BBQ. With glorious sunsets that stretch for miles.
The garden is completely secure, with a children’s play frame, sandpit, and trampoline - perfect for burning off any excess energy and leaving the grownups with some peace and quiet. If the weather isn’t so sunny, there is also an indoor games room with large TV, board games, toys, and a games console.
There is secure off road parking for five cars, and secure bike storage too.
Upstairs, there is a king size master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower. As a bonus, there is a built in TV in the wall at the foot of the bath, so it’s the ideal spot to wind down after a busy day exploring.
There are a further two double bedrooms and one twin size bedroom. There is a large family bathroom and a downstairs shower room too.
The kitchen is a gorgeous open plan area with Neff appliances and a wine cooler too. There is the added bonus of a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board which is ideal for those days when it’s a bit muddy or the little ones have jumped in the sea a little too enthusiastically.
If you want to head out exploring Awel y Mor is within walking distance of the sea at Gwbert, a short drive to the incredible National Trust beach Mwnt (perfect for spotting dolphins) and also close walking distance to the popular market town of Cardigan with a host of independent shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Brilliant place to stay- walking distance to Gwbert and Cardigan and just a short ride to Mwnt. The sunsets and views were stunning. The house was open plan and spacious inside and out, but doors could be shut to close off a room if needed. Loved our holiday here.
