It offers modern and stylish accommodation for 8 people on the edge of Newport town centre in Pembrokeshire. Enjoy sea views from the master bedroom balcony, relax in the wood burner hot tub, have breakfast together on the large patio, walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants in 5 mins, hit the beach or take a walk up the Preseli Hills, it’s all right on your doorstep!

Built in 2022, 7 Feidr Eglwys is perfect for a family holiday or a small group of friends to get together, sleeping 8 in 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite with a balcony offering sea and coastal views. There are two delightfully decorated double bedrooms and a bunk room. All bedrooms are on the first floor.

Downstairs offers wonderful living spaces with excellent access to the large outdoor terrace, which runs the length of the house.  The kitchen-dinning area has a brand new, well-equipped kitchen with a hob, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and round dining table. The utility room is just off the kitchen and houses a washing machine, sink additional equipment and storage space. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating with a large smart TV, books and games. French doors lead from both the dining room and living room out on to the rear terrace area, with a large BBQ, outdoor eating area and wooden hot tub.

7 Feidr Eglws offers plenty of outside space in which to unwind, enjoy spending time together and playing games. As well as having a lovely large terrace, 7 Feidr Eglws also has a lawned garden that’s great for kids and or dogs to run around. At the front of the property there’s a large front gravel drive that will easily accommodate all your vehicles. If you need even more space, the nearby countryside walks and beaches are your extended garden here.

From the house it is just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Newport Town and all the wonderful independent shops, restaurants and pubs that Newport offers. The narrow roads and footpath up behind the house offer walks up to Carn Ingli and the Preseli Hills, or for a stroll on the Pembrokeshire coastal path, head straight down to the river and join the path. The main beach, Newport Sands, is just over a mile away and is perfect dogs to run, for playing all games and swimming.

This is a pet friendly holiday cottage, so well behaved pets are welcome. Dog will love all the local dog friendly venues, beaches and exploring the Pembrokeshire countryside with you.
