Dandre is one of the oldest houses in Newport, built in the 1840s, it is located just a few minutes from the centre of Newport, and sits down a quiet street on the road down to Parrog beach. Its prime location offers unspoilt views down to the estuary and Newport beach. Watch the tide roll into Newport Beach and experience spectacular ocean sunsets all year round.

The garden has a beautiful old stone wall perimeter which is both private and secure, making it perfect for children to play in and for letting the dogs roam around safely outside. It offers large patio areas with outdoor furniture and a large lawn garden which backs onto a field and with fantastic sea views over a field. There's plenty of space to store kayaks, paddleboards, surfboards and wetsuits. And you don't need to worry about parking, Dandre enjoys an off road, gated, private car park adjacent to the house offering space for 4 cars.

Dandre offers a modern, large, bright and spacious family kitchen which features a bright red Aga Range cooker in the centre and all other appliances and utensils you could need. Meals can be enjoyed in either the family dining area or in the Gegin Mas (The Outside Kitchen) , a beautiful exposed stone wall dining room with a log burner.

When it's time to relax and get comfy, again you have two fantastic rooms to choose from. The large and comfortable living room offers lots of comfy seating, an open fire and views of the mountains and sea views. The conservatory offers stunning sea views and really brings the outside in with the large double doors open.

Dandre has 5 bedrooms with sea or mountain views and sleeps up to 10 guests. Room 1 is the Master Suite with King Size bed with Emma mattress and seating area. Room 2 offers a double bed with Emma mattress. Room 3 is a fantastic beach cabin style attic room with twin beds and enjoys sea views. Room 4 is another great attic room with twin beds and panoramic sea views. Room 5 is a cosy mezzanine loft room above the 'Gegin Mas' featuring a King size bed and large velux window with sea views.

The property also boasts two tastefully decorated bathrooms, an large upstairs family bathroom and a modern downstairs wet room which is perfect for coming in off the beach, or washing the dog's paws after a walk.
