Reviews…

Fantastic base for some great walks and relaxation. Some nice mod-cons wrapped In traditional building. We stayed in Feb and it is super warm and has a great log burner for back up/ effect. Nice dog friendly garden would also be great fun spring/summer. We would love to go back.

Hescwm Barn is in a great, quiet location. You can set out on peaceful, scenic walks straight from the house, or drive a short distance for other interesting routes and attractions. We were there in high summer and appreciated the cool stone floors and picnic table in the shade. The enclosed garden was ideal for our small dog. The barn is well equipped and comfortable. We had a wonderful break and only wished we'd booked the barn for longer!!

Hescwm barn is a real gem. Perfect location for dog walking as there are lots of walks to nearby beaches. Scenery here is unbelievable. We were also lucky enough to see a sky full of stars on our last night just sitting in the back garden.
The cottage itself is beautifully and sympathetically restored, while providing the modern comforts we needed. A real plus for us was the outdoor charge point so we could charge our car.  Great communication before and during our stay allowed us an idyllic retreat if only for a few days!
