Parc Bach is a contemporary Welsh cottage set in an acre of farmland land and has been designed to mold into its context. It is a wonderful open plan contemporary house and has a number of unusual and interesting features that you’re sure to enjoy. Sitting on the western slopes of Preseli Hills, home to the bluestone capstones on Stonehenge. It overlooks Newport and offers wonderful sea views from the large triangular gable end window. It's just 1 mile down the hill to the town of Newport where you'll find lovely independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Parc Bach consists of 3 double rooms and a twin room, all bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the master bedroom enjoys a lovely en-suite shower room. There are two more shared bathrooms available, both also on the ground floor, one with a bath and integral shower, and one is a wet room with a shower. The kitchen-dinning area has a brand new, well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you need for a great self catering break. The dining area enjoys floor to ceiling windows with views out to the garden and offers a large wood table that comfortable seats 8 people, perfect for those family nights in. Access is available from the dining area out to the garden patio and wildflower meadow.

The upstairs is the real show piece of this house, utilising it’s position to provide a truly unique living space, that maximises the countryside and sea views on offer. It’s a magical space that really brings everyone together, with wonderful views at both ends and plenty of seating options (including a hanging chair), it’s a wonderful place for all to gather in, relax or play games, watch TV, sit in front of the log burning stove, watching nature and enjoying those summer evening sunsets.

Parc Bach is just 1 mile from the village of Newport, it is small but has a range of places to eat, a Spar grocery shop, a post office, gift shops, a great butchers (that also does sea food and fruit and veg), a health food shop and a fish shop/restaurant in the high street. There are some nice art galleries and even a hardware store. Behind the house, you can walk up and along one of the many walks on the Preseli Hills, or drop down to the coast for a walk along the wonderful Pembrokeshire coastal path. The main beach, Newport Sands, is about 2.5 miles away, alternatively, Parrog beach is just 1.5 miles away.
