Seaborne House Newport, Pembs - Luxury family holiday cottage in the centre of Newport.
Seaborne House is set in a quiet side street just a short distance from the centre of Newport, Pembrokeshire. Sleeping 10, with the option of an extra pull out bed and cot bed, this deceptively large holiday cottage offers plenty of space and comfort inside and out. All bedrooms are upstairs. On the first floor you’ll find the master bedroom with a large ensuite, a double bedroom and bunkbed room, and on the second floor you’ll find a twin room and double bedroom which both have separate access to a shared bathroom - perfect for parents and children to share.
The garden and patio area lead right out from the house, creating an excellent inside/outside space where everyone can be together. With outdoor dining, lounge chairs, gas BBQ, hot tub, lawn, summer house and table football, it’s a great place to relax and unwind. With it’s full enclosed garden it’s perfect for dogs too!
Seaborne House was completely renovated in 2018, and where possible, environmentally friendly materials have been used inside and out, and luxury furniture and fittings used to provide the ultimate comfort to our guests. On the ground floor there’s a modern kitchen with built in coffee machine, and plenty of dining space with access to the outside. The kitchen is well equipped kitchen with electric oven, grill, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron & lots more. The living room offers comfy sofas, Smart TV and a log burner. Gadgets include Free WiFi, USB charging points, desk, printer, cables and Sonos speaker.
Being in the centre of Newport, the house doesn’t have its own parking, so parking is on the street.
Seaborne House is within minutes of all the wonderful independent shops, restaurants and pubs that Newport offers. Plus, you can walk to the beach, playground, skate park, tennis and the gorgeous Pembrokeshire Coast Path.
Seaborne House is a dog friendly holiday cottage (small additional fee applies) and enjoys a fully enclosed back garden.
