1. Master Suite on the second floor is a truly unique loft conversion offering panoramic views of the sea and Newport beach, complete with a fantastic ensuite bathroom featuring a deep bath and separate shower.

3. King with ensuite and deep bath that enjoys breathtaking sea views.

On the ground floor there’s a modern open plan kitchen dining room (Designed by Small Bone of Devizes) with sea views, featuring top of the range Miele appliances and a log burner. The kitchen is fantastically well equipped with an extra large multi oven, grill & hob cooker, microwave, American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron & lots more. There’s also a large media living room with gorgeous sea views, and offering a range of quality entertainment options like Sky TV and Sonos sound system. Off the living room are doors through to the large conservatory which offers sunlit dining for 12. The snug offers a lovely cosy corner to relax in with comfy sofas and a smart TV. You’ll also find a well equipped utility room with a washer and dryer, a shower room and a cloak room.

Outside there is a secure and private lawned garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ, it’s a great place to relax and unwind. With the beach literally on the door step and with the enclosed garden, it’s one of the very best dog friendly holiday cottages in Pembrokeshire.

Swn y Don can be found at the bottom of a narrow road just off the A487 between Newport and Dinas Cross. Parking is behind the house and it offers off road parking for 4 cars. It’s just a few minutes drive to Newport, or a 0.5 mile walk along the coast path. Here you will discover wonderful independent shops, restaurants and pubs on offer. Plus, you can walk to the beach, playground, skate park, tennis and various other walking routes.
