Treetops is situated in the heart of the bustling seaside town of Newport, Pembrokeshire. Tucked away down a private drive, with off road private parking for 4 cars it’s a wonderful spot to gather friends or family together.
The house itself sleeps 10 comfortably in 5 well appointed bedrooms, three with ensuites. Four of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, perfect for those with limited mobility. The living space consists of a beautifully light living and dining room that adjoins the well equipped kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is the garage and utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and ample space for storing bikes, kayaks, wetsuits, and paddleboards.
Upstairs is a further twin bedroom and a cosy TV snug with kitchenette included too.
Treetops looks out over the town to the sea, with beautiful views across the bay. The house is within easy walking distance of wonderful independent shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs plus the wonderful weekly local farmers market every Monday morning.
